ShARe is a secure online system that the University of Sheffield uses to issue electronic transcripts and HEARs to students.

The system was built by a company called Digitary, which is used by over 35 of the world’s leading educational institutions to issue transcripts and other official academic documents to their students and graduates online.

The system is designed to allow students to share their documents in a simple and secure way with others, such as prospective employers, academic institutions, or education verification services such as World Education Services. It uses highly secure technologies and is much more secure than traditional paper verification methods.

Using ShARe is free of charge, and does not require you to sign up. You will still be able to access ShARe after you have left the University.
