Accommodation deposits will be refunded between 6-8 weeks after the end of the accommodation contract.
If you provided the University with UK bank account details via MUSE these will be used to refund your deposit. Please note - this facility is now closed so if you have not given your details please contact the Student Customer Team via firstname.lastname@example.org
If you do not have a UK bank account we can refund to an overseas account. Please email email@example.com to request a non-UK refund form. If you originally paid using a debit or credit card we can also make the refund directly back to the card.
If you did not provide us with details of where to refund your deposit you may experience a delay in your refund.
